Keythe Ward-Aguilar


Keythe is the founder of Ward Aguilar Financial and works directly with clients to develop wealth management, asset management and strategic planning strategies. An investment professional with over 25 years in financial services, Keythe has 15+ years senior-level experience growing and preserving personal wealth, six of those years as Regional VP for a Fortune 100 Global Financial Service company.


She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Wealth Manager, and Investment Advisor. Consistently recognized as a leader in the field, Keythe has received several honors and awards for excellence in management and new business development. She has received the Five Star Wealth Manager Award as recognition from clients and financial professionals. Her passion lies in helping people better their lives through wealth management, succession planning, inter-generational wealth transfer and estate planning.


Keythe regularly volunteers her time to help veterans as well as widows and single parents to plan for their futures. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, sons and regularly takes her grandchildren on grand adventures!

Bryan D. Ward


With well over a decade of experience specializing in wealth management and advisory services to corporations, non-profit organizations, business owners and established families, Bryan brings a high level of investment forecast and modeling experience to the Ward Aguilar Financial family. His biggest objective is to simplify financial strategies and products, in order to easily educate and guide businesses and individuals to overcome the complexities of the financial market. Over his career, he has been able to advise some of California’s wealthiest families and individuals as well as consult with and manage assets for some of the largest corporations based in Southern California. Bryan is a Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst ™ (CIMA®) practitioner. Bryan has a B.S. from Cal State University, Long Beach, and a degree in financial planning and taxation from UCLA. He also received a professional designation as a Certified Investments Management Analyst from the Wharton School of Business and is a M.S. in Taxation candidate at Howard Taft University. He is a licensed insurance professional in the areas of Life, Health and Property & Casualty. Born and raised in Southern California, Bryan lives in Ladera Ranch with his two daughters, Chloe & Hailey.

Mark Ward-Aguilar

Mark focuses on Ward Aguilar Financial’s group health and disability as well as individual products offered to our small business clients. With over ten years of experience in the financial service industry, he expertly develops employer solutions as well as student programs for our younger clients. Mark launched his career at City National Bank where he was a Private Client Associate. He was responsible for preparing client performance reports, analytical spreadsheets, and sales presentations for high net worth clients. He expanded his banking knowledge by transferring to the Commercial Credit department where he worked as a Credit Analyst. After passing a rigorous underwriting boot camp, Mark assisted a team of relationship managers and underwriters with the recommendations for new credit and extensions of credit through research, analysis, and coordination of accurate financial documentation. He has continued his education with classes on financial planning and taxation from UCLA. Mark is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Human Resources. Mark is an active community member and has volunteered for such organizations as, Surfrider, and the Sonoma Horse Rescue. During his free time, Mark enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with family, and traveling.

Jessica Willin

Jessica is a seasoned Administrative Assistant with ten years in the field. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Having held positions in the hospitality, medical and business fields, Jessica is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. She is able to interact directly with existing and potential clients, and has increased customer satisfaction ratings at several companies.


Jessica studied Communications at Sonoma State University, where she knew immediately she would like to work in Customer Service and Customer Relations. Her careful, systematic approach, comfort in working independently and respect for confidentiality are valuable qualities in the various roles she plays.


Jessica currently lives in Tustin, CA. When she is not at the office, she can likely be found enjoying time cooking for friends or taking a local Zumba class, which she hopes to begin teaching soon.
